If you receive this error message upon invoice submission, one of two issues may have occurred:
- Your line item costs may not add to the listed Total Price. In this case, review the listed prices and correct any mathematical errors before resubmission.
- If there are no visible mathematical errors leading to this message, you can log into the Supplier Portal to review the document and see if the mapping missed certain charges from your document. If you find any discrepancies between what's on your invoice and what Transcepta picked up, you can report it to the Transcepta Support Team, who will review and determine if there was a change in how the information is being reported, or if a mapping update is required. This will help prevent this issue from occurring in the future.
If this error occurs repeatedly, please work with Transcepta Support to submit an updated document sample that contains all possible charges. This will dramatically reduce the need for frequent mapping updates.
