The Transcepta system can only process files that are text searchable. Scanned images, including OCR scans, cannot be accepted. You can check if your document is permissible by clicking and selecting text on the page; if the text can be highlighted (copied/pasted), then your document is likely in an appropriate file format for mapping. Scanned images of backup documents are permissible when attached to your invoice, POA, ASN, etc.
