You can reset your password in the Transcepta Supplier Portal settings, using one of two methods.
- If you are unable to log into your supplier account you can navigate to the supplier portal login screen and click on "I forgot my password". You will be prompted to enter your email address and you will receive a temporary password via email. If you do not receive the temporary password after 5 minutes, please check your spam or junk folders. If the issue persists please use the link below to create a support case.
- If you are able to log in, select your username from the top right corner of the portal, then Settings > Change Password.
