ONLY A USER WITH “ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION” CAN ADD, REMOVE, OR EDIT USERS ON AN ACCOUNT.
If you are not the admin on the account, please reach out to your account admin for assistance. If you do not know who the account admin is, please scroll to the bottom of this page to create a support case.
- Login to Transcepta's Supplier Portal by visiting www.transcepta.com and select
"Supplier Login" on the top right, or visit https://supplier1.transcepta.com/SupplierPortal/login as an Admin user. - Select Settings
- Select Manage Users under the Account Administration column (this will only be visible if your user has Account Administration privileges (See note above)
- Select the user you would like to edit
- Make changes, or reset password
- Click Save
